Serving Neighbors One Box at a Time
Angel Food Ministries’ mission is to help relieve hunger throughout the United States
.

Angel Food Ministries, a non-profit, non-denominational organization, began in 1994 as a small outreach ministry serving a rural community in Georgia. The goal was to help neighbors who needed a hand up in a tough economic time. Today, Angel Food Ministries can be found in over 3,200 communities in 35 states and helps feed over 500,000 families a month.

Angel Food partners with churches and community organizations throughout the country to help distribute food to those in need. For $30.00* you can receive a box of food containing both fresh and frozen items. Our food items are top quality – we buy our food from major food producers throughout the country to ensure the best food comes to your table.

First Presbyterian Church is one of two Angel Food partners in Peru, Indiana. Orders may be dropped off at our office, with payment, anytime before the order deadline, during normal office hours, or on Sundays. They may also be mailed to church as long as they are mailed early enough to be received before the deadline.

Payment must accompany your order. We’re sorry, but we’re unable to process orders without payment. Yes, we do accept food stamps.

Food distribution will occur in the church garage, on the following distribution day, from 9:30 am until 10:00 am. Please bring a large box or laundry basket to collect your food.

If you are unable to pick up your food, or need help getting it home, and need assistance in making alternate arrangements, please call us at 765-472-2962 during office hours.
